We charge a fixed fee each month on a per-user basis. This model provides the most predictability in cost, while offering our most robust service offerings. This option is great for a company that needs a fully managed IT solution.
With our hourly payment model. you're only paying for help when you need it. An hourly rate is charged based on the time it takes for for your technician to fix the issue you are experiencing. Companies can benefit from this option if they have a small number of technology users that don't experience many issues.
This plan allows you to purchase a bank of hours at a reduced rate. It is an effective model for businesses that want to outsource particular predictable pieces of their IT support process.
As part of this hybrid pricing model we offer proactive solutions such as monitoring, a predetermined number of support hours, security services, antivirus, and maintenance. Additional hours can then be purchased at a discounted rate in comparison to our hourly break / fix plan.
Our goal is to remain transparent in our pricing. Below you will find services that aren't included with our Managed Service Agreement (MSA).
Projects are typically defined as an extensive migration or major change such as moving to a new location or upgrading servers, etc. These projects would be handled outside of the managed services agreement and have a separate Hardware as a Service (Haas) agreement.
While all pre-sales calls and consultations are offered free of charge, like most contracts you enter into we require a one-time upfront cost to begin partnering with Technology Associates. The onboarding cost is typically equivalent to one month of service. This charge will be waived if a client agrees to a fixed term.
